10 Oct Hash 626 The Seven Stars Wool

Hares: Swatchsticka and Rosie

Hounds: Just Hugh, Just Andrew Dunbrell, Just Rachel, Ivor Stent, Nurse Baps, Bestiality, Boulders, Bookend, Just Chris, Bones 1, Bones 2, Scrumpy, Nobby, Slurry (DH4), Hotspur (DH4), Floss My Crack, Just Dervla, Just Dina

Hares' report: A most enjoyable hash with plenty of water and devious T-bars. Swatchsticka did an excellent job in her first hash as a co-hare. The pack were kept together with numerous (a record amount of... Ed.) regroups. Fish hooks were original and involved the first four piggy backing the next four to the back of the hash.

Hound's report: Reading the Hares' report one cannot help but infer that love is in the autumnal air. It is a wonder that there was any dust left to find after Rosie's fussing around at regroups, ensuring that Swatchsticka hadn't laddered her tights or broken a nail, may have created a spontaneous pack wide tidal wave of vomit to erase any upcoming symbols...

Ribbing aside this was an excellent trail which made full use of the many crossing rivers and autumnal darkness. Those who forgot their torch were left cursing on the narrow trails as the night was really...dark. Great to see the pack kept together as a group - all apart from Nobby whose disappearance almost had Rosie calling out Whiskey Bravo. Good work from the GM to remind all hounds to call loudly on trail to ensure that everyone makes it back to the On Inn for a pint.

DDs: Boulders -arriving in plenty of time...to the wrong pub; Rosie & Swatchsticka - too many regroups and falling; Bones 2 & Just Dina - the lost souls; Nobby - cos it was his birthday; Scrumpy, Bestiality and Just Andrew - for something probably being young!
