GMs Report: Just Lyam arrived with a new, very manicured, haircut that would not have been out of place in a Bieber video. Names were called for along the theme. Just Lyam will now be known as 'Ladyboy'

 

Hares report: A great debut hash set by Scrumpy* (and boyfriend....?) around Overcombe, Preston and environs. As the offspring of the Bones', Scrumpy's hash was always going to be a long one. This was proved to be the case as the trail struggled (and failed) to make it back in under 90 minutes. Despite cries of 'Shame!' from some of the more wisened members of the pack (Lagerlout we are not looking at you really) the route was well thought out with some great snicks around Waterside Holiday Park and Preston which kept the pack on their toes. As a consequence of the vast amount of dust laid by the hares there is now a national flour shortage and prices have rocketed just in time for Nash Hash. The regroups were laid in a fabulous rainbow chalk which we can only assume was a tribute to Just Lyam/Ladyboy's new haircut. A well deserved pint or two apres hash rehydrated the thirsty pack and reunited those who had slunk off early.

*Here starteth the history lesson: According to Wikipedia (the source of all truth) the word 'Scrumpy' '...is believed to derive from the obsolete West Country dialect term 'scrimp', meaning a small or whithered apple (not alluding to Scrumpy being a small or whithered apple...), which also gave rise to the verb 'scrump' meaning to steal fruit.'
